Very Professional and Efficient Service! Highly recommend! Zoom Drain was recommended by The Real Estate Response Team at Franks Basement when we had some mold and dampness in our basement that appeared to be a drainage issue. I was able to call, get right through to someone and they came out within 24 hours. Phillip Ngo came out to do the assessment diagnosis and estimate and I can’t say enough about how amazing and professional he was. He was very communicative, respectful and knowledgeable. His years of experience and knowledge came through while he was explaining the science of what was going on and how to correct it. He put everything in layman’s terms and helped me understand all of the options and costs to help me project plan for this. Highly recommend Zoom Drain and ask for Phil Ngo to come out! We had a plugged sewer line Called zoom and they were able to come the same day. The younge man that came was very polite and kept us informed about what was going on. He took came of the problem . We are very pleased with the service and would use them again if needed.
